any information that helps my asthma will be appreciated..i do not believe in medication and use my pump albuterol only in extrem desperate case.....
I have asthma as well and have been studying herbs for 10 years. I have found herbs that work for anxiety work for my asthma such as ylang-ylang which as aroma therapy causes a person to take longer deeper breaths, and teas like chamomile and valerian, there's also meditation and breathing exercizes to slow the breathing and i find it easier to try and gain controll of an attack
Yes, remedies that reduce anxiety and stress are going to be helpful for asthma. Many asthmatics have a hiatal hernia, too, and there is an article on this site about correcting the hiatal hernia.
Any info on how to heal from smoker's lungs or COPD, would be very helpful. Thank you.
We'll definitely cover more about this in the course, but generally speaking, increased hydration with water and salt (as was discussed in the webinar) and remedies that deal with atrophy such as mullein and marshmallow can be helpful here. There may also be emotional issues involved in COPD as unresolved grief is often an issue in chronic respiratory problems.
ok, I have a question for you. I have mullein in my garden, 1 and 2 year plants. The leaves have little hairs on them that aggravate my throat, so I usually make a tea with them. The bad news is, I'm not a tea person. Would it work if I grind up the leaves and make my own capsules like I do with other herbs?
Thank you for all your help! I can't tell you how much I benefitted from the webinar last night!
